Carol will be sorely missed by ever so many folks, including me. She was always ever so kind to me and I enjoyed her notes/cards to me immensely. I thoroughly enjoyed when she and her husband Jim traveled and I'd get a card with a photo on it from their journey to wherever it was. Time marches on. May she be at peace nowadays.

Carol and Jim were kind, thoughtful, generous, and incredible friends and benefactors of the Upper Valley Trails Alliance, the Town of Hanover and many other area organizations. They generously seeded the UVTA Legacy Giving Society and gave in countless other ways -- from time and guidance to Dartmouth students, to their beautiful land on Moose Mountain. Their positive legacy will undoubtedly live on in the Upper Valley.
